Onboarding quality teachers in our remote areas has always been a challenge for us. The strategic approach we took is to train the existing teachers during summer to ensure they upgrade their skills and continue to provide best possible education for the children. Professors from Osmania University visit the schools during summer and provide special guidance to teachers. This program is mandatory for all our staff.
