Dear Seva Bandhus!

Inspired by our preceptors to serve the society, we have started this organization. They taught us to care for one and all. We want to continue the tradition of ‘Seva’ to have a holistic development, all around us.  Although the goal and vision are good, we cannot do it alone. We need strong teams to work together for making a real difference in the society.

Reach out! We should engage others and also join with them for a common purpose of doing service. Initially, the response may not be that encouraging. But for sure, with perseverance and belief, nothing is impossible. There are so many kind hearts around us looking for avenues to make a positive impact. We all know from our daily life experiences that physical, emotional and spiritual health of others will have a direct meaning to our own life. We all live on the same planet and we share many things in common, right!

The duty is to care for each other. The results will definitely follow. Our volunteers are experiencing this joy in every activity they do by caring for others in need. After such an experience, we will undoubtedly glow, and those around us will bask in our light. Appears crazy, but one has to experience on their own. After all, this little life, given to us by God, is to share the abilities with others. By sharing good things, we can multiply our joy many fold.

Our teams believe in this and stand for it too. They bring such philanthropic hearts together to share that joy of serving and to encourage interested youth to join hands in volunteerism. A few activities have been identified to start our services. In spite of the humble beginning, it made a great difference in the community, in the lives of the underprivileged through our schools for tribal communities, school and colleges for visually challenged. Thousands of women of all sections have benefitted with regard to their health and youth in particular gained moral and cultural education along with values.

Apart from volunteering for the mentioned service activities, our volunteers have successfully defined and executed many a number of projects with ‘Own It’ initiative. Through this initiative, interested volunteers can take up any service activity that is dear to them in their local community or elsewhere and execute it successfully. All the team members are doing their part in taking the organization forward and it is making a steady progress in serving the society. All the branches are motivating local volunteer teams and philanthropists by organizing walk-a-thons, awareness activities, cultural programs and health seminars, all aimed towards benefiting the underprivileged.

The youth volunteers are filled with fervor and innovative ideas to serve, especially through the utilization of modern technology and various avenues such as social media to reach one and all. We are happy that the next generation is carrying the activity. This gives a great meaning to the final result.

With regard to volunteering at outreach projects in India, we are happy to learn that many of our youth volunteers have visited the schools to experience the first hand joy of witnessing their friends getting benefitted from the organization’s services. Likewise, the children and teachers at our schools are happy to receive them with their open arms. Events to support the projects  provide a good platform for youngsters to volunteer their time and talent for good causes. The volunteerism will surely enable them to grow into leaders of tomorrow.

The awareness they gain while participating in the service activities and events will imbibe a better understanding of the world around them. The youngsters and all of you supporters will benefit from the fact that we have a better tomorrow because of these good actions. Let this volunteer team grow!
