Parents Meeting at Jeeyar Gurukulam
Jeeyar Gurukulam, Allampally conducted parents meeting under the guidance of Sriman. Prabhakar Rao. In the meeting, parents were advised not to send their children for field works during school hours and send them to school on time. The parents were advised to take responsibility and enquire the school at least twice a month if their kids are attending the school regularly. The Principal stressed the importance of parents’ participation in making sure their kids are coming to school regularly. Parents from Babanaik Thanda requested to extend school bus facility to the students in their area. The meeting concluded with updates on students’ performance to the parents.
Entrance Exam Conducted in Jeeyar Gurukulam
Jeeyar Gurukulam conducted entrance test as per the suggestion of Sriman. Prabhakar Rao garu, for student selection in 2016-17 academic year. Students screened from this test were interviewed by Sriman. Prabhakar Rao garu and seats were granted to eligible students. Hostel facility was provided to students who were economically backward.
CCE Teacher Training Concluded
CCE Teacher Training Session concluded today with valedictory function. HH Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji speaking on this occasion said, “World is a classroom providing lot of avenues to learn. Nature and animals around us teach valuable lessons. Don’t ever close the doors of your mind. Keep your channels open and receive the signals. Learn with clarity. Only then we can teach. Never think you are are teaching a student who is ignorant, but use the student as an instrument for you to understand how you assimilated the knowledge. Use the learnings of these 10 days program productively and sculpt the lives of children into good citizens.” The teachers felt very happy and expressed their gratitude to HH Swamiji and organizers for teaching valuable lessons. HH Ahobila Jeeyar Swamiji also gave mangalasasanams to the trainees. IAS Officer Dinacharbabu IAS, Telangana Sports Authority Director, Director of School Education G. Kishan IAS, Smt Aruna Resources person Deputy Secretary, Board of Intermediate and other resource person, Upender Reddy consultant of STERT wished the trainees and advised the attendees to take home the valuable messages they learnt and become role models. Jeeyar Gurukulam Students Graduate 10th grade Successfully
Jeeyar Gurukulam has achieved yet another milestone today. Students who appeared for 10th grade board exams have passed with flying colors with 100% pass results. This is due to the good quality education provided by JET(S ) even in the remote areas. Jeeyar Gurukulam student stood first at Mandal level. A student Kum Rajitah who had paralysis was treated at JIMS hospital and with the blessings of HH Chinna Jeeyar prepared for the examinations. She prepared for the examinations staying at home. She gave the examinations with a writer’s help and scored 8.3 grade. She is very happy and her success was due to sheer blessings of HH Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji.
Financial help to Farmers’ Children
Adilabad is reeling under the spell of drought since 2 years. Farmers are facing lot of difficulties due to crops failure. As a result their kids were unable to pursue higher education. With the guidanceof HH Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji, WAGT-Telangana, VTSEVA, JET(S) organized a Helping Hand program for the farmers. JET(S) identified poor farmers who suffered loss in agriculture due to lack of rains since two years. The small poor farmers are unable to educate their children. Each child/parent was given Rs 10000/- so that they can buy the required materials for continuing their studies. 19 candidates in Karimnagar, 24 candidates in Adilabad were identified and an amount of Rs. 10000/ was distributed to them. The farmers and children felt very happy on receiving the amount. They were very much pleased and said they would never forget this help throughout their lives. Science Fair @ Jeeyar Gurukulam Allampally
Our Jeeyar Gurukulam, Allampally students conducted a mini science fair today. In the exhibition, various exhibits on human body, solar system, environment protection were displayed. Students explained the visitors and parents the workings of human body including digestion system, kidneys functionality etc which is not visible to human eye. The solar system, eco sytem balance were also explained to the visitors. The parents felt very proud seeing their kids’ knowledge in various subjects. Click Here For More Photos
Republic Day Celebrated in Jeeyar Gurukulam Schools
Allampally and Beersaipet Tribal Jeeyar Gurukulam schools celebrated 67th Republic Day grandly. In the morning, after flag hoisting, students saluted and sang National Anthem. After Flag Hoisting, they paraded round the village. Later, VT members distributed prizes to winners and runners in sports, games and other activities. The program concluded with distribution of sweets. The CEO of VT, HH Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji conveyed mangalasasanams to all the teachers and students and also to the parents for their good cooperation and said let such activities increase to inculcate good qualities and samskarams in children.
NCERT Coordinators Visited Jeeyar Gurukulams
NCERT coordinators Sri Suvarna Vinayak and JET(S) members visited Allampally and Beersaipet Jeeyar Gurukulams. Free Medical Camp conducted in Allampally & Beersaipeta.
30th Aug 2015, Allampally, Beersaipeta. Dangerous fevers dengue, malaria have become rampant in the district of Adilabad. As a preventive care Homeopathic Medical Camp was conducted in Jeeyar Gurukulam school. Medicines were administered to students and villagers. A total of 790 students and 600 villagers were benefited by the camp. The camp was organized by JET Society. Dr. A Visweshwar Rao, Dr. Sugunakar Rao, Dr. Naveen, Dr. Krishna and Dr. Gowri Shankar along with compounders lended their valuable services in the camp and made the program successful. Jeeyar Gurukulam, Allampalli: Jeeyar Gurukulam..! We really feel proud of our students once again..! Kudos! to all our students of Jeeyar Gurukulam, Allampalli who are selected for State and National Level Competitions. 11 Girls, 1 boy was selected to participate in State level Sports competition in KHO-KHO , KABADDI, LONG JUMP, SHOT-PUT and RUNNING competition. Our students participated successfully and secured 2nd Prizes in SHOT-PUT and LONG JUMP at State Level. NITHAL of 7th Class girl was selected to National Level Competitions in KHO-KHO.
