Teachers’ Day Celebrated at Jeeyar Gurukulam Beersaipet

Teachers’ Day was celebrated at Jeeyar Gurukulam with the divine blessings of HH Swamiji. It was both amusing and interesting to watch older students acting as teachers and teaching lessons to the younger students. India’s best teacher, our honorable ex Prime Minister of India Smn. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan’s Birth Day is celebrated as Teacher’s Day every year on Sep 5th. It was an awesome experience to all the student-teachers. Best student-teacher awards were given to students and all the other school teachers were duly honored at Jeeyar Gurukulam – Beersaipet. Jeeyar Gurukulam Head Master Smn. Inter School Sports Meet @ jeeyar Gurukulams – Allampalli and Beersaipet

In September 2018, an Inter School Sports meet was conducted at Jeeyar Gurukulam, Allampalli between Beersaipeta Jeeyar Gurukulam and Allampalli Jeeyar Gurukulam High School Students. Srimathi Madhavi Donepudi, VT Seva organizer from USA – Boston Chapter came along with 10 High School NRI Students from different states of the USA – 4 girls (Karuna, Medhana, Shriya, Amrutha) and 6 Boys (Akhil, Ananthan, Nikhil, Mahesh, Advaith, Adithya). The NRI kids participated and played with Jeeyar Gurukulam students with great enthusiasm, excitement and team-spirit. They played Kho-Kho, Kabaddi and Cricket. On July 25 2018, a few VT Seva volunteers from Atlanta USA, visited Jeeyar Gurukulam Beersaipeta. Kousthubh, Pavan, Swadesh, Aiswarya, Anvi, Nidhi, Sriya. Dhupati, Sriya. Sriperumbudur and Sanjana came along with Smt. Sandhya Yellapragada, Antlanta VT SEVA Coordinator. They spent some good time with the students. They interacted with the students and saw them work diligently and creatively. They were very appreciative and were amazed with the performance of the students, teachers and the staff. They said “Really HH Swamiji did a great job constructing a wonderful school here, which is far away from the main stream and in the middle of a deep forest. We feel very lucky to visit and spend a nice time with these wonderful tribal children. They are an inspiration for all of us. They surprised us with their discipline and wonderful talents. Jeeyar Gurukulam’s Students Visit to Dharmapuri

Beersaipeta Jeeyar Gurukulams students embarked on a spiritual outing to Dharmapuri – Sri Lakshami Narsimha Swami Temple and Gudem Gutta – Sri Satyanarayana Swami temple near Rayapatnam. Among the recreational activities, the students experienced boating on the serene waters of Godavari. Smn. Santharam Swami, School HM, Sriman Origanti Raju and Hindi Teacher Smn. Ranjith accompanied the students. On the way back they visited Kawal Forest Museum at Jannaram Range Forest. It was altogether a happy time spent for the students. Click Here For More Photos

Clean and Green school drive in Jeeyar Gurukulams turned out to be a Splendid Success.

Jeeyar Gurukulam students were in for a ‘Green’ surprise when Local Forest Department Officials came to Jeeyar Gurukulam and conducted a program called Clean School and Green school on 25,8.2018 under the Haritha Haaram, a mass planting program of Telangana Goverment. All the gurukulam students were given saplings to plant, a few in the campus and few at their home. On this auspicious occasion, a rally was conducted to create awareness in the village. Udumpur range officer Smn. Pachamallu, Smn. Sthyapal Rathore and Smn. Santharam Swami spoke about the importance of planting trees to protect the environment and lead a peaceful life. With the Divine blessings of HH Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji 72nd Independence day was Grand affair at Allampally and Beersaipet Jeeyar Gurukulams. Students started off the day with Prabhath Bheri, slogans went along the main streets of Village. After flag hoisting, few students spoke about the importance of Independence day followed by cultural Programs both at Allampally and Beersaipet Jeeyar Gurukulams. JETS President Smn. NRI Students from Atlanta spend happy times with Jeeyar Gurukulam Students

On 23rd of July 2018, a few VT Seva Volunteers who are also High schoolers visited the sides in the Allampalli Jeeyar Gurukulams. Kousthubh, Pavan, Swadesh, Aiswarya, Anvi, Nidhi, Sriya Dhupati, Sriya Sriperumbudur and Sanjana visited along with Smt. Sandhya Yellapragada, Antlanta VT SEVA Co-Ordinator to Allampalli. The Youngsters interacted with the kids, taught them English, Learing and Educational games that were also fun to play. In turn the students of the Gurukulam taught them our very own Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Prayers and Songs too. It was truly a time well spent for all. They said “they all admired the School, Students and Staff verymuch. Really HH Swamiji did a great job constructing a wonderful school here in Allampalli which is far away from the main stream and in the middle of the deep forest. We feel very lucky to visit and spend a nice time with these wonderful tribal children. They are the inspiration for all of us. They surprised us with their discipline and wonderful talents they have. We will come time and again to visit this Jeeyar Gurukulam”. Their stay lasted till July 28th morning. Vikasa Tarangini Seva Secretary Smn. Kiran Vangala along with his children Chi. Annapoorna, Chi. Achyuth and parents Smt. Srilatha, Smn. Indrasena Reddy visited Jeeyar Gurukulams of Allampalli and Beersaipet on 19,20/7/2018. After three years of gap he visited again Jeeyar Gurukulams. These two schools started 2004 and 2005 respectively for the benefit of Tribal Children. With the divine mangalasanams of HH Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji Vikasa Tarangini Seva team actively participating in providing facilities to these Jeeyar Gurukulam Students. Since these gurukulams started Vikasa Tarangini Seva actively supporting like providing Bus Facility and Mineral Water Plant for both schools and many more. Jeeyar Gurukulam Visitings- Visitors from Nashville

It’s raining visitors for Jeeyar Grurukulams, Allampalli and Beersaipeta. This time around it’s from Nashville, US. Dr. Nishitha and her daughters Chi. Shriya, 12th grade and Chi. Isha, 10th grade visited Allampalli and Beersaipeta Jeeyar Gurukulams from 8th July to 11th July 2018. As part of their internship, They wrote a letter to their Principal that they are going to visit Tribal Schools which were located in deep in the forest. Principal readily and happily agreed. And he asked them to give detailed report after their visit to these Jeeyar Gurukulams. Their mother Smt. Dr. Nishitha who is specialist in Oncology and Hemitology by profession is an active VT Sevak. She accompanied her daughters to the Gurukulams and helped them come up with their report on the successful run of the Gurukulams. World Yoga Day at jeeyar Gurukulams – Allampalli and Beersaipet

By the divine blessings of HH Swamiji, the World Yoga Day event was celebrated on June 21 in a very grand manner at Jeeyar Gurukulams, – Allampalli and Beersaipet. These schools are located in remote, deep forests in Nirmal District, Telangana State. The students demonstrated Yogasanas excellently with amazing flexibility. A few students spoke about the importance of Yoga. Smn. Thiruvengalachary Swami and Smn. Santharam Swami spoke a few words about the greatness of Yoga. Jeeyar Gurukulam HMs’ Smn. Chakradhar, Smn.
