Sri Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated with great joy, devotion, and enthusiasm at Jeeyar Gurukulam, Allampally. The campus came alive with a divine and festive atmosphere as the students arrived at school dressed beautifully as Lord Sri Krishna and Radha. Their colourful costumes, innocent smiles, and joyful spirit added a special charm to the celebrations. The students, along with their teachers, enthusiastically participated in the traditional “Utti Kottadam” (Dahi Handi) celebration. The event was filled with laughter, excitement, and devotion, creating wonderful and memorable moments for everyone. The celebrations were graced by Sriman Sri Shantaram Swamiji, School Headmaster Sri Chakradhar Garu, College Principal Sri Mahender Garu, and the teaching staff. Their presence, guidance, and encouragement made the occasion even more meaningful and memorable. Teacher’s Day Celebrations and Plantation Programme at Jeeyar Gurukulam, Allampally
September 05, 2026 Teacher’s Day was celebrated with enthusiasm at Jeeyar Gurukulam, Allampally, with a plantation programme organised to promote environmental protection and create awareness among students about the importance of greenery. As part of the programme, teachers and students planted saplings around the campus, highlighting the significance of protecting nature and contributing to a greener environment. Later, the students participated enthusiastically in various cultural programmes, games and competitions organised as part of the Teacher’s Day celebrations. Their active participation added to the festive atmosphere. Prizes were distributed to the winners of the various games and competitions. On the occasion, the teachers were felicitated with shawls as a mark of respect and gratitude for their dedicated service and guidance. The students also sought the blessings of their teachers.
