Teacherβs Day Celebrations and Plantation Programme at Jeeyar Gurukulam, Allampally
September 05, 2026 Teacherβs Day was celebrated with enthusiasm at Jeeyar Gurukulam, Allampally, with a plantation programme organised to promote environmental protection and create awareness among students about the importance of greenery. As part of the programme, teachers and students planted saplings around the campus, highlighting the significance of protecting nature and contributing to a greener environment. Later, the students participated enthusiastically in various cultural programmes, games and competitions organised as part of the Teacherβs Day celebrations. Their active participation added to the festive atmosphere. Prizes were distributed to the winners of the various games and competitions. On the occasion, the teachers were felicitated with shawls as a mark of respect and gratitude for their dedicated service and guidance. The students also sought the blessings of their teachers.
